Who’s responsible for this data
The Ready Home, reachable at hello@readyhomereport.com, is the controller of any personal data collected through this site.
What gets collected
Information you give directly. If you email me or use a contact form, I get whatever you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. That’s used only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically. Standard hosting and analytics logging may record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location at the city level.

This site is not directed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I’ll delete it.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and are on by default. The site can’t function without them.
Analytics cookies help me understand which articles are actually useful, so more time goes into the topics that help people.
Affiliate and advertising cookies. When you click a link to a retailer, that retailer may set its own cookie to attribute a purchase back to this site if you buy. That cookie belongs to them, runs on their terms, and is covered by their privacy policy, not this one. Pages may also carry advertising cookies from ad networks.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; some site features may work less smoothly without them.
Who this gets shared with
I don’t sell personal information. It’s shared only with the service providers that make the site run (hosting, analytics, and email delivery) solely to provide those services, plus disclosure if required by law.
How long it’s kept
Emails you send me are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up, then deleted. Server and analytics logs are kept on a rolling basis, typically no more than 14 months.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how it’s processed. If you’re a California resident, you have the right to know what’s collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing. This site doesn’t sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA.

Changes to this policy
The date at the top updates whenever this policy changes. Meaningful changes get a note on the homepage.
